ARTICLE 10: BUSINESS DAYS AND HOURS FOR THE ENTRY OR EXIT OF NATIONAL TERRITORY OF MERCHANDISE IN AERIAL TRAFFIC AND MARITIME

For the purposes of article 10 of the Law (LA: Art. 10), in the case of aerial and maritime traffic, they are business days and hours for the entry or exit of the national territory of Merchandise, loading, unloading, transshipment and storage of the same, the embarkation or disembarkation of passengers and the review of their baggage, those established by the competent authorities in a coordinated manner (RGCE 2022: Regla 2.1.1). This prevention is applicable to national aerial traffic with respect to aircrafts leaving the fringe and border region.
