ARTICLE 83: DEPENDENCIES OF THE FEDERAL PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION WHICH MAY BE ENROLLED IN THE REGISTER OF IMPORTERS

The dependencies and entities of the Federal Public Administration (Administración Pública Federal), the productive companies of the State, its subsidiaries or affiliate, the Legislative and Judicial Powers of the Federation, the federative entities and municipalities, in the quality of importers, may register in the Register of Importers complying with the requirements established in the Rules issued for this purpose by the Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria).
