RULE 4.3.7: MONTHLY NOTICE FOR SUBMAQUILA

For the purposes of articles 169 (RLA: Art. 169) of the Regulation and 22 (DECRETO IMMEX: Art. 22) of the IMMEX Decree, the companies with the IMMEX Program will present, within the first 5 days of each month, before the Deconcentrated Administration of Foreign Trade Audit (Administración Desconcentrada de Auditoría de Comercio Exterior) that corresponds to their fiscal address, the notice that protects the transfers made in the immediately preceding month.
