ARTICLE 85: REQUEST TO LEAVE WITHOUT EFFECT THE SUSPENSION IN THE REGISTER OF IMPORTERS

The suspension referred to in article 84 of this Regulation (RLA: Art. 84) it will be without effect, provided that the taxpayers submit the corresponding request, indicating the name, denomination or business name of the interested party, their fiscal address and the code of the federal taxpayer registration, the address to receive notifications, the legal basis that supports the petition and annex the documentation that supports it and distorted the facts and circumstances that led to the suspension in the respective register, and the others indicated by Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) (RLA: Art. 1) through Rules. (RGCE 2022: Regla 1.3.4)
