RULE 4.3.17: ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF TRANSFERS OF MERCHANDISE

The companies of the automotive terminal or manufacturing of motor vehicles must issue and deliver to each company of the auto parts industry that has disposed of parts and components a "Certificate of transfer of merchandise" from Annex 1 (RGCE 2020: Anexo 1), no later than the last business day of each month, that covers the parts and components acquired from said company that have been exported or destined for the national market in the immediately preceding month, in the same state or incorporated into the vehicles or components manufactured by the company of the automotive terminal or manufacturing of motor vehicles.

The companies in the automotive terminal or manufacturing of motor vehicles must provide each company in the auto parts industry, no later than March of each year, a report on the existence of inventories in accounting at the end of each fiscal year, of the parts and components acquired from said company.
