RULE 4.3.4: MERCHANDISE THAT CANNOT BE DESTINED TO THE TEMPORARY IMPORT CUSTOMS REGIME FOR ELABORATION, TRANSFORMATION OR REPAIR (ANNEX 29)

For the purposes of the provisions of article 108, sixth paragraph (LA: Art. 108) of the Law, the merchandise that are indicated in Annex 29 may not be subject to the temporary import customs regime for elaboration, transformation or repair in maquila or export programs. (RGCE 2020: Anexo 29)
