RULE  4.5.2:  ADDITION,  MODIFICATION  AND  /  OR  EXCLUSION  OF  PREMISES,  FACILITIES,  STORAGE  BUILDINGS  OR  BRANCHES  TO  PROVIDE  THE  SERVICE  OF  STORAGE  OF  MERCHANDISE  IN  THE  FISCAL  DEPOSIT  AND  /  OR  AFFIX  LABELS  OR  SEALS

Authorized  general  warehouses  of  deposit  may  request  the  Central  Administration  of  Customs  Legal  Support  (Administración  Central  de  Apoyo  Jurídico  de  Aduanas)  authorization  for  the  addition,  modification  and  /  or  exclusion  of  premises,  facilities,  storage  buildings  or  branches  authorized  to  provide  the  service  of  storage  of  merchandise  in  the  fiscal  deposit  and  /  or  affix  labels  or  seals,  in  accordance  with  procedure  file  107  /  LA  (Customs  Law)  of  Annex  1-A.  --356-Anexo  1A--

The  first  request  for  addition  must  be  submitted  within  a  period  of  no  more  than  30  days  from  when  the  authorization  is  obtained  to  provide  the  storage  service  of  merchandise  in  the  fiscal  deposit  and  /  or  affix  tags  or  seals,  of  at  least  one  local,  facility,  storage  building  or  branch  to  provide  the  service  of  storage  of  merchandise  in  the  fiscal  deposit,  when  the  authorized  does  not  make  the  request  within  the  established  period,  the  authorization  will  be  canceled.

The  Central  Administration  of  Customs  Legal  Support  (Administración  Central  de  Apoyo  Jurídico  de  Aduanas)  will  proceed  to  temporarily  suspend  the  authorization  of  the  local,  facility,  storage  building  or  branch  in  question,  when  the  general  warehouse  of  deposit  fails  to  comply  with  the  obligations  set  forth  in  sections  I  and  II  of  the  second  paragraph  of  article  119  --220-Art.  119--  of  the  Law.

The  general  warehouse  of  deposit  to  which  the  authorization  to  add  a  local,  facility,  storage  building  or  branch  has  been  canceled  by  the  resolution  of  an  administrative  procedure  followed  in  terms  of  article  144-A  --228-Art.  144A--  of  the  Law,  may  not  request  the  addition  of  said  installation  for  a  period  of  2  years  from  the  notification  of  the  resolution  of  the  procedure.
