ARTICLE 93: SUPPLY OF FUEL TO TRANSPORTERS THAT PERFORM INTERNATIONAL SERVICES

The fuel supply will be free of Foreign Trade Taxes for:

National vessels according to the capacity of their normal deposit;

Terrestrial vehicles, in the terms of section I of this article, and

Aircrafts, except for the limitations established by international conventions or treaties. (LA: Art. 61)
