ARTICLE 95: DATE OF ARRIVAL OF VESSELS THAT TRANSPORT FARM MERCHANDISE

For the purposes of article 56, section I, subsection a) of Law (LA: Art. 56), in relation to the provisions of article 94, third paragraph of this Regulation (RLA: Art. 94), the date of anchorage, mooring or docking, will be the one registered in the captaincy of the port to which the vessel arrives.
