mysqli_sql_exception: Unknown column 'print' in 'where clause'

RULE  7.1.9:  AUTHORIZATION  TO  ISSUE  THE  DICTUM  OF  THE  AUTHORIZED  ECONOMIC  OPERATOR  MODALITY,  RUBRIC  ELECTRONIC  INVENTORY  CONTROL  SYSTEM  FOR  TEMPORARY  IMPORTS  (SECIIT)  

The  General  Administration  of  Foreign  Trade  Audit  (Administración  General  de  Auditoría  de  Comercio  Exterior),  for  the  purposes  of  rule  7.1.4.  --347-Regla  7.1.4--,  second  paragraph,  Section  D,  section  VIII,  may  authorize  Civil  Associations,  Chambers  or  Confederations,  that  comply  with  the  following:

I.  Request  authorization  to  issue  the  dictum  on  compliance  with  the  "Guidelines  for  the  Electronic  System  for  Inventory  Control  of  Temporary  Imports",  in  accordance  with  procedure  file  120  /  LA  (Customs  Law)  of  Annex  1-A.  --356-Anexo  1A--

II.  They  must  be  constituted  in  accordance  with  the  Mexican  legislation.

III.  Be  up  to  date  in  the  fulfillment  of  their  tax  obligations;  also  having  authorized  the  Service  Tax  Administration  (Servicio  de  Administración  Tributaria)  to  publish  the  positive  opinion  on  compliance  with  tax  obligations  in  terms  of  rule  2.1.27,  of  the  Miscellaneous  Fiscal  Resolution  (Resolución  Miscelánea  Fiscal).

IV.  Not  be  in  the  list  of  companies  published  by  the  Service  Tax  Administration  (Servicio  de  Administración  Tributaria)  in  terms  of  articles  69  --615-Art.  69--  with  the  exception  of  the  provisions  of  section  VI  and  69-B,  fourth  paragraph  --615-Art.  69B--  of  the  Federal  Fiscal  Code  (Código  Fiscal  de  la  Federación).

V.  Have  updated  means  of  contact  for  purposes  of  Tax  Mailbox,  in  terms  of  article  17-K,  penultimate  paragraph  --611-Art.  17K--  of  the  Federal  Fiscal  Code  (Código  Fiscal  de  la  Federación).

VI.  Represent  the  interests  of  companies  whose  corporate  purpose  is  import  or  export  activities,  customs  clearance,  transportation,  handling,  storage,  and  custody  of  merchandise  that  are  introduced  or  extracted  from  the  national  territory.

VII.  Comply  with  the  "Guidelines  for  the  Authorization  of  Issuance  of  Dictum  regarding  the  Electronic  System  for  Inventory  Control  of  Temporary  Imports"  that  are  disclosed  on  the  Service  Tax  Administration  (Servicio  de  Administración  Tributaria)  Portal.

VIII.  Have  a  national  presence  and  a  minimum  unionized  of  400  companies  with  a  valid  IMMEX  Program.

IX.  Have  at  least  two  people  trained  to  validate  the  provisions  of  the  "Guidelines  for  the  Electronic  System  for  Inventory  Control  of  Temporary  Imports"  that  are  disclosed  on  the  Service  Tax  Administration  (Servicio  de  Administración  Tributaria)  Portal,  and  may  be  directly  or  externally  hired  personnel  for  this  activity.

The  General  Administration  of  Foreign  Trade  Audit  (Administración  General  de  Auditoría  de  Comercio  Exterior)  will  issue  the  resolution  to  the  authorization  request  of  the  Civil  Associations,  Chambers  or  Confederations  within  a  period  not  exceeding  30  days,  counted  from  the  day  following  the  date  of  the  acknowledgment  of  receipt,  provided  that  all  the  requirements  have  been  met.  indicated  in  the  previous  paragraph.  In  the  event  that  the  authority  detects  the  lack  of  any  requirement,  it  will  request  the  missing  information  or  documentation  from  the  applicant  for  a  single  occasion,  granting  a  period  of  15  days  from  the  day  following  the  day  on  which  the  notification  takes  effect,  so  that  the  applicant  remedies  the  irregularities  detected,  after  said  period  without  the  applicant  accrediting  compliance  with  the  requirements,  the  request  will  be  deemed  not  submitted.

The  authorization  for  the  purposes  of  issuing  the  dictum  referred  to  in  rule  7.1.4.  --347-Regla  7.1.4--  second  paragraph,  Section  D,  section  VIII,  will  be  granted  with  a  validity  of  3  years,  counted  from  the  date  of  issuance  of  the  authorization.

When  the  dictum  with  which  it  is  intended  to  demonstrate  compliance  with  the  "Guidelines  of  the  Electronic  System  for  Inventory  Control  of  Temporary  Imports"  is  issued  by  any  Civil  Association,  Chamber  or  Confederation  that  is  not  authorized  in  the  terms  of  this  rule,  said  dictum  shall  be  deemed  not  presented  and,  consequently,  the  registration  or  the  requested  renewal  may  not  be  granted.

The  General  Administration  of  Foreign  Trade  Audit  (Administración  General  de  Auditoría  de  Comercio  Exterior)  will  integrate  a  list  that  will  be  published  on  the  Service  Tax  Administration  (Servicio  de  Administración  Tributaria)  Portal  of  authorized  Civil  Associations,  Chambers  or  Confederations,  for  the  consultation  of  those  interested  in  obtaining  the  Registry  in  Business  Certification  Scheme  in  the  modality  of  the  Authorized  Economic  Operator,  rubric  Electronic  Inventory  Control  System  for  Temporary  Imports  (Sistema  Electrónico  de  Control  de  Inventarios  para  Importaciones  Temporales).
