RULE 7.2.8: PERIOD FOR THE CHANGE OF CUSTOMS REGIME OR RETURN ABROAD OF MERCHANDISE IMPORTED BY COMPANIES WITH THE REGISTRY IN THE BUSINESS CERTIFICATION SCHEME IN THE MODALITY OF AUTHORIZED ECONOMIC OPERATOR, EXPIRED OR CANCELED
Companies with the IMMEX Program whose Registry in the Business Certification Scheme in the modality of Authorized Economic Operator has been canceled or expired, may within a period of 60 calendar days, counted from the expiration of the period or from the notification of the cancellation of the aforementioned registry, to change the customs regime or return abroad of merchandise imported under the aforementioned authorization, provided that they have not exceeded the authorized period for their stay, before the cancellation or expiration of the validity of the authorization of the Registry in the Business Certification Scheme.
