ARTICLE 84 C: INFRACTIONS RELATED TO THE USERS AND BANK ACCOUNT HOLDERS

These are infractions of the users of the services, as well as of the account holders of credit institutions referred to in the last paragraph of article 30-A of this Code (CFF: Art. 30A), the total or partial omission of the obligation to provide information related to their name, company or business name, address, federal taxpayer registration code or the data required to form said or replacement code, requested by service providers and credit institutions, as well as providing incorrect or false information.
