ARTICLE 84 D: FINES APPLICABLE TO ARTICLE 84-C

Whoever commits the infraction referred to in article 84-C of this Code (CFF: Art. 84C), a fine of $430.00 will be imposed for each omission, except for users of the financial system, for which it will be $1,280.00 for each of them.
