ARTICLE 14: CASE IN WHICH THE CLEARANCE IS ALLOWED BY A PLACE DIFFERENT FROM THE AUTHORIZED

In accordance with the provisions of article 19 of the Law (LA: Art. 19), the customs clearance of Merchandise may be authorized in a place other than that authorized (RGCE 2022: Regla 2.1.1) in accordance with the provisions of article 10 of the Law (LA: Art. 10), or on a non-working day or hour, provided there are duly justified causes for it.
