ARTICLE 19: OFFICE IN PLACE DIFFERENT FROM AUTHORIZED

The customs authorities, at the request of an interested party, may authorize (LA: Art. 144) - that the services referred to in article 10 of this Law (LA: Art. 10), as well as the rest of the office (RLA: Art. 14) be rendered by the customs personnel, in a place other than the authorized one or in a non-working day or time, provided that the requirements established by the Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) are complied with by means of rules.
