ARTICLE 123: CASE IN WHICH THE CONDITION OR REMUNERATION IS PART OF THE PRICE PAID OR TO BE PAID

For the purposes of article 67, section II of the Law (LA: Art. 67), when the value of the condition or remuneration is known and related to the imported merchandise, it must be part of the price actually paid or to be paid.
