ARTICLE 124 A: REASONS FOR DISMISSAL OF THE APPEAL FOR REVOCATION

The dismissal proceeds in the following cases:

When the promoter expressly gives up their appeal.

When during the procedure in which the administrative appeal is substantiated some of the causes of inadmissibility referred to in article 124 of this Code occur. (CFF: Art. 124)

When the records in the administrative file show that there is no contested act or resolution.

When the effects of the contested act or resolution have ceased.
