ARTICLE 125: CASE IN WHICH IT IS CONSIDERED THERE IS A LINK BETWEEN PEOPLE OF THE SAME FAMILY

For the purposes of article 68, section VIII of the Law (LA: Art. 68), it is considered that there is a link between people of the same family, if there is a civil relationship; by consanguinity without limitation of degree in a straight line, in the collateral or transverse within the fourth degree; by affinity in a straight or transverse line to the second degree, as well as between spouses.
