For the purposes of article 89 of the Law --211-Art. 89--, the rectification of the data contained in the customs declarations (pedimentos) must be made by submitting a customs declaration (pedimento) --196-Art. 2-- of rectification --326-Regla 3.7.18-- --326-Regla 3.7.23-- --330-Regla 4.3.8-- --343-Regla 6.1.1-- --343-Regla 6.1.2--, which must be transmitted to the Customs Electronic System --3-Art. 1-- --196-Art. 6--, indicating the number of the customs declaration (pedimento) that is rectified. For the purposes of the preceding paragraph, the payment of the rights provided for in the Federal Rights Law (Ley Federal de Derechos) must be covered. --508-Art. 49-- |
