ARTICLE 20 A: THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE CERTIFICATES

The Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) will accept the electronic signature certificates issued by the certification service providers that are accredited in the terms of the Commercial Code (Código de Comercio) as well as those issued by it, for the purpose of the procedures and notifications related to non-tariff regulations and the programs provided for in this Law.
