ARTICLE 27: OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE MEASURES TO REGULATE OR RESTRICT FOREIGN TRADE

Any other administrative measure of the dependencies and entities of the Federal Public Administration (Administración Pública Federal), whose purpose is to regulate or restrict the country's foreign trade and the circulation or transit of foreign merchandise, must be submitted to the opinion of the Commission (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) prior to its issuance, in order to ensure its best coordination with the tariff and non-tariff measures provided for in this Law.
