ARTICLE 54: REQUIREMENTS OF THE SECRETARY OF ECONOMY (SECRETARÍA DE ECONOMIA) TO THE INTERESTED PARTIES

The Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) may require interested parties the evidence, information and data that it deems relevant, for which it will use forms established by it. (RLCE: Art. 122)

If the requirement referred to in the preceding paragraph is not satisfied, the Ministry will resolve according to the available information.
