ARTICLE 59: TERM FOR ISSUING THE FINAL RESOLUTION

Within a period of 210 days, counted from the day following the publication in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) of the resolution initiating the investigation, the Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) will issue the final resolution (RLCE: Art. 83).
