ARTICLE 70A: NOTICE ON THE EXPIRATION OF THE VALIDITY OF THE COMPENSATORY FEES

The Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) will publish in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) a notice about the next expiration of the validity of the compensatory fees, at least 45 days prior to its expiration, which should be notified to the national producers that it has knowledge.
