ARTICLE 70B: REQUIREMENTS TO INITIATE, OF SUA SPONTE, THE EXAMINATION OF THE VALIDITY OF THE COMPENSATORY FEES

For the Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) to initiate sua sponte an examination of the validity of the compensatory fees, one or more producers must express in writing to the Ministry their interest in initiating said examination, and submit a proposal for an examination period of 6 months to one year from the validity of the compensatory fee, at least 25 days before the end of its validity.
