ARTICLE 77: VALIDITY OF SAFEGUARD MEASURES

The validity of the safeguard measures (RLCE: Art. 134) may be up to four years and extendable for up to six years, provided the need for it is justified, taking into account compliance with the adjustment program (RLCE: Art. 133) of the national production.
