ARTICLE 153: CONCEPT OF INTERNATIONAL CONVENTIONS AND CONGRESSES

For the purposes of articles 106, section III, subsection a) and 116, section III of the Law (LA: Art. 106) (LA: Art. 116), international conventions and congresses are understood as conferences, symposia, meetings and similar events, whose purpose is to gather a certain number of people on pre-established dates.
