ARTICLE 88: DEFENSE OF THE NATIONAL PRODUCTION
When imposing a compensatory measure or proposing the application of a safeguard measure the Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) will provide an appropriate defense to the national production.
