ARTICLE 91: REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION OF FOREIGN TRADE PROGRAMS AND INSTRUMENTS

The Federal Executive, through the Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1), will establish the necessary measurements and mechanisms for the application of foreign trade programs and instruments, so in coordination with the competent agencies, it must establish through decrees, promotion programs linked to infrastructure, training, coordination, organization, financing, fiscal and customs administration and modernization of foreign trade mechanisms, as long as they are internationally accepted practices.

Likewise, the Ministry shall establish through agreements, those measurements necessary for the application of the programs and instruments mentioned in the previous paragraph.
