ARTICLE 3: ISSUES THAT ARE ANALYZED IN THE SESSIONS OF THE COCEX (FOREIGN TRADE COMMISSION)

The Commission (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) will work in two hierarchical levels, that of undersecretaries and that of general directors.

Undersecretaries sessions will be analyzing and will define and propose general guidelines and specific measures in foreign trade. In addition, those issues submitted to by agreement will be resolved, taken at the Commission at the level of general directors.

At the level of general directors, the corresponding specific measures will be analyzed in accordance with the guidelines established at the level of undersecretaries, as well as the proposals deemed pertinent to be submitted to the Commission at the level of undersecretaries.
