    • ARTICLE 2: DEPENDENCIES AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT INTEGRATE THE COCEX (FOREIGN TRADE COMMISSION)

     

    The Commission (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) will be composed of representatives from each of the following units:

  • Secretary of Foreign Relations (Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores);

    •  

  • Secretary of Finance and Public Credit (Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público);

    •  

  • Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources (Secretaría de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales);

    •  

  • Secretary of Economy (Secretaría de Economía);

    •  

  • Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food (Secretaría de Agricultura, Ganadería, Desarrollo Rural, Pesca y Alimentación), and

    •  

  • Health Secretary (Secretaría de Salud).

    •  

    The Secretary of Economy (Secretario de Economía) will invite representatives of the autonomous constitutional bodies, Bank of México and the Federal Economic Competition Commission (Comisión Federal de Competencia Económica), to be part of this Commission.

    These representatives must be appointed by the presidents of said bodies and have a lower immediate hierarchical level. They will have the same rights and obligations as the members indicated in the first paragraph of this article.
