ARTICLE 121: ACCEPTANCE OF THE REQUEST AND DECLARATION OF INITIATION OF THE INVESTIGATION
Satisfied the requirements of the Law, the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) will accept the request and formally declare the initiation of the investigation by publication in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) of the resolution initiating the investigation and the interested parties will be notified.
