ARTICLE 126: OTHER INFORMATION THAT THE FINAL RESOLUTION MUST CONTAIN
In addition to the data indicated in article 124 of this Regulation (RLCE: Art. 124), the final resolution must contain:
The description of the serious damage or threat of serious damage to the national production;
The description of the volume and conditions in which the imports were made;
The type of safeguard measure that is established;
The expected duration of the safeguard measure or, if not possible, the mention of the transience of the measure;
If possible, the calendar for the progressive release of the safeguard measure;
The mention that the signatory countries of the international treaty or agreement to which Mexico is a part of, will be notified, the meaning of the resolution issued;
The mention that the Secretary of Finance and Public Credit (Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público) will be notified in an opportune application of the measure imposed, and
The date on which the final draft resolution was submitted in the opinion of the Commission (RLCE: Art. 1) and the sense in which it opined.
