ARTICLE 126: OTHER INFORMATION THAT THE FINAL RESOLUTION MUST CONTAIN

     

    In addition to the data indicated in article 124 of this Regulation (RLCE: Art. 124), the final resolution must contain:

  • The description of the serious damage or threat of serious damage to the national production;
  •  

  • The description of the volume and conditions in which the imports were made;
  •  

  • The type of safeguard measure that is established;
  •  

  • The expected duration of the safeguard measure or, if not possible, the mention of the transience of the measure;
  •  

  • If possible, the calendar for the progressive release of the safeguard measure;
  •  

  • The mention that the signatory countries of the international treaty or agreement to which Mexico is a part of, will be notified, the meaning of the resolution issued;
  •  

  • The mention that the Secretary of Finance and Public Credit (Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público) will be notified in an opportune application of the measure imposed, and
  •  

  • The date on which the final draft resolution was submitted in the opinion of the Commission (RLCE: Art. 1) and the sense in which it opined.
