ARTICLE 164: PERIOD TO FORMULATE THE DEFENSE AND PRESENT THE REQUIRED INFORMATION

After the period referred to in article 53 of the Law (LCE: Art. 53), the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) will give opportunity to the applicants and, where appropriate, its coadjuvants, so that within the next eight days they present their counter arguments or replicas.

From the publication in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) of the preliminary resolution referred to in article 57 of the Law (LCE: Art. 57), the Ministry will grant a period of 20 days to the interested parties to present complementary arguments and evidence they deem relevant.
