ARTICLE 170: DRAWN UP OF ACTS OF THE PUBLIC HEARING

The acts of the public hearing will be drawn up in which the events that occurred therein are recorded in detail, which must be signed by the interested parties and the representative of the Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1), referring to the case file.
