ARTICLE 197: BODIES PROMOTING BUSINESS INITIATIVES AND PROJECTS

The Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) shall establish the National System of External Promotion (Sistema Nacional de Promoción Externa), which will contain the business initiatives and projects captured by the promoters.

The latter include public institutions and other people who develop international promotion, productive and commercial alliances and foreign trade. The corresponding information will be obtained through an Identification Card of Commercial and Investment Interests, with which they will be integrated:
