Article 9:

For the reception and study of the request and, where appropriate, the authorization of the change of condition of stay, the right will be paid according to the fee of ............. $ 1,365.00

The payment referred to in this article will be without prejudice to the right that corresponds to the granting of the new condition of stay to be acquired in terms of article 8 of the Law. (LFD: Art. 8)
