ARTICLE 20: VESSELS ARRIVING IN BALLAST

The captain of the vessel coming from abroad that arrives in ballast to the national port, will make a declaration, under protest of telling the truth, before the Customs Authority in Electronic Document (LA: Art. 2) or Digital (LA: Art. 2), in the terms and conditions established by the Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) (RLA: Art. 1) through Rules, which states that it does not bring Merchandise of foreign origin.
