ARTICLE 190-B:

For the services provided in relation to real estate of the Federation, of entities and federal public institutions with their own legal personality and patrimony to which the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States grants autonomy, the right of Public Registry of Federal Property (Registro Público de la Propiedad Federal) according to the following fees:

The payment of the rights established in this article includes the search of registry records and the issuance of the respective certified copies.

The rights referred to in sections I, II, III, X, XIII, XIV and XV of this article will not be paid by the dependencies of the centralized public administration, the legislative and judicial powers, as well as the decentralized bodies whenever their purposes are directly related to social, educational and support assistance to rural groups.
