    • ARTICLE 288-D:

    For the use, enjoyment or exploitation, for commercial purposes of filming, video recording and photographic taking of archaeological, historical and artistic monuments, museums and areas of archaeological and artistic monuments, as well as of filming or video recording of photographic images of this heritage, it will be paid the right to film and take photographs according to the following fees:

  • Filming or video recording:

    •  

  • Per day ..................................... $ 11,758.00

    •  

  • For every 30 minutes or fraction of the time of filming or video recording, only when filming or video recording already printed photographic images, regardless of the rights for the use or reproduction indicated in article 288-E of this Law (LFD: Art. 288E) ....................................... $ 735.00

  • Public institutions dedicated to the promotion, teaching or research of culture, science or art will pay 40% of the amount of the rights mentioned in sections I and II of this section.

  • Photographic shots:

  • Per day in an archaeological zone, museum, or national heritage monument in the custody of the competent institutes ...................... $ 5,879.00

  • Public institutions dedicated to the promotion, teaching or research of culture, science or art will pay 60% of the amount of the rights mentioned in section I of this section.

    •  

    The authorities and competent public institutions in the research, conservation, restoration and recovery of archaeological, artistic and historical monuments and monument areas will not pay the rights established in this article, in terms of the Federal Law on Monuments and Archaeological, Artistic and Historical Zones (Ley Federal de Monumentos y Zonas Arqueológicos, Artísticos e Históricos).
