ARTICLE 12: OBLIGATIONS IN TRANSPORTATION ACCIDENTS

Persons who are aware of accidents suffered by transportation means carrying foreign trade merchandise (LA: Art. 94), must immediately notify (RLA: Art. 47) customs authorities and render the merchandise, at the disposal of customs authorities. (RLA: Art. 46), if they have them in their possession.
