ARTICLE 46: MERCHANDISE FROM SALVAGE

Foreign trade merchandise from salvage will be available to the competent authorities, but in the custody of the Customs Authority until its re-shipment or withdrawal is authorized, in accordance with the resolution issued by them.

Merchandise of foreign origin from salvage may be destined to the customs regime designated by the interested party. (LA: Art. 12)
