RULE 1.4.15: PROCEDURE TO NULLIFY THE SUSPENSION TO OPERATE IN THE CUSTOMS ELECTRONIC SYSTEM (SEA) DUE TO THE INACCURATE DECLARATION OF THE COMMERCIAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER
For the purposes of article 184-C, third paragraph (LA: Art. 184C) of the Law, customs agents and importers who are suspended to operate in the Customs Electronic System (SEA) the dispatch of merchandise, may distort from the cause of suspension or present the respective customs guarantee account through the rectification of the customs declaration (pedimento), giving notice to the customs authority so that, being applicable within a period of 5 days, it will nullify said suspension in the Customs Electronic System (SEA), provided that the provisions of the procedure file 146 / LA (Customs Law) are complied with.
