ARTICLE 31: INTERNATIONAL AERIAL TRAFFIC OF PASSENGERS AND LUGGAGE IN NON-WORKING HOURS
In the case of aircraft carrying passengers and luggage, international aerial traffic may be carried out during non-working hours, when the competent authorities notify the Customs Authority of the time at which the corresponding landing or take-off will take place. (LA: Art. 19)
