    • Article 1008: Tendering Procedures

    1. Each Party shall ensure that the tendering procedures of its entities are:

  • Applied in a non-discriminatory manner; and

    •  

  • Consistent with this Article and Articles 1009 through 1016 (TLCAN: Art. 1009) 678-Art. 1011678-Art. 1012-- --678-Art. 1013678-Art. 1014-- --678-Art. 1015678-Art. 1016--.

    • 2. In this regard, each Party shall ensure that its entities:

  • Do not provide to any supplier information with regard to a specific procurement in a manner that would have the effect of precluding competition; and

    •  

  • Provide all suppliers equal access to information with respect to a procurement during the period prior to the issuance of any notice or tender documentation.
