Article 1906: Prospective Application

This Chapter shall apply only prospectively to:

Final determinations of a competent investigating authority made after the date of entry into force of this Agreement; and

With respect to declaratory opinions under Article 1903 (TLCAN: Art. 1903), amendments to antidumping or countervailing duty statutes enacted after the date of entry into force of this Agreement.
