ARTICLE 91: CUSTOMS REGIME ON THE CUSTOMS DECLARATION (PEDIMENTO)

Those who introduce or extract merchandise from the national territory must indicate in the customs declaration (pedimento) the customs regime they are requesting for the merchandise (LA: Art. 54) and will express under protest of telling the truth the fulfillment of the obligations and formalities inherent therein, including the payment of the compensatory fees.
