ARTICLE 93: WITHDRAWAL OF A CUSTOMS REGIME
The withdrawal of a customs regime will proceed even before the automated selection mechanism is activated (LA: Art. 2) (RLA: Art. 138) (RGCE 2022: Regla 1.6.19) (RGCE 2022: Regla 2.2.7) (RGCE 2022: Regla 4.5.16) and in the cases referred to in section III of Article 120 of this Law. (LA: Art. 120)
In the case of exports carried out in customs of aerial or sea traffic, the withdrawal referred to in this article will proceed (RLA: Art. 139) (RGCE 2022: Regla 2.2.7) (LFD: Art. 49) (RGCE 2022: Apendice 8) even after the automated selection mechanism has been activated. In this case, the transit of the merchandise to a different custom or to a warehouse for its fiscal deposit may be allowed.
The change of customs regime will proceed whenever (RLA: Art. 140) (RGCE 2022: Regla 2.2.8) (LA: Art. 106) (LA: Art. 109) (LA: Art. 110) contributions and compensatory fees, as appropriate, regulations and non-tariff restrictions, and estimated prices required, are paid for the new regime requested on the date of the regime change.
