ARTICLE 137 BIS 6: LIMITERS APPLICABLE TO LEGAL INDIVIDUALS THAT IMPORT USED VEHICLES

The importation of used automotive vehicles carried out under the terms of the preceding articles will be limited to one unit per individual.

Likewise, the individual who carries out the importation of a used vehicle unit may not re-import another vehicle unit, in the terms of the preceding articles, but after one year of the first importation has elapsed, being applicable to its commercialization the limitations that derive from the customs provisions in force.
