TRANSITORY FOURTH

The obligation of the Companies that have the IMMEX Program, relative to guaranteeing the payment of contributions for the temporary importation of sensitive merchandise of Annex II (DECRETO IMMEX: Anexo II) of the IMMEX Decree, through a bond policy, referred to rule 4.3.2. (RGCE 2020: Regla 4.3.2), which will be enforceable until the Agreement enters into force that the Secretary of Economy (Secretaría de Economía) publishes in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) for the application of Article 5, section IV (DECRETO IMMEX: Art. 5) of the IMMEX Decree.
